Yes absolutely! Many of our guests attend our retreats solo, and it's a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people. Our retreat has community at it’s heart and we’ve seen many friendships flourish. If you’d like to book a twin shared room but are coming solo, we can match you up with another solo retreater.

Trovel yoga mat or yoga towel and anything else you may like for your practice. We do have yoga mats but you may want your own.
Eye mask - The rooms may not be 100% dark when you go to bed. If you are light sensitive, it may be helpful to bring an eye mask.
Earplugs – the retreat is generally very quiet; however we would recommend good earplugs to ensure you are undisturbed. If you share a room, earplugs are always good to have!
Warmer clothes for early mornings and evenings. Whilst the days are warm, both evenings and mornings can be cool.
Beach clothes, sun hat and sunscreen. The days can be very hot!
Towels are provided for guests (maximum 2 towels per person per week).
Pen & Notepad to journal or take notes on the workshops or sessions.
Something comfortable to wear for the opening & closing rituals as well as your yoga clothes.
And don’t forget travel plugs and mozzy spray and plugs if you suffer with bite reactions.

Flights and taxi’s from the airport to the retreat venue is not included in your retreat.
There’s a taxi rank at the airport at all hours and you can get a taxi anytime outside the airport €35
Hiring a car is recommended as it also gives you the freedom to go and explore the island whenever you want.

Yes we include a delicious self service brunch of juice, smoothies, yoghurt, fruit, oats,. scrambled eggs on some days, toast and other savoury delights.
The villa chef Awa will cook the most delicious Vegan/vegetarian dinner from scratch using local produce.
If you would like more snacks there is fruit and herbal teas available through out the day.There is also a guest fridge where you can keep an additional food, snacks. Please no meat or alcohol.

The £350 deposit to secure your place is non-refundable and the remaining balance is non refundable upto 90 days before the retreat.

We have a diverse range of ages Guests need to be 18+ years or over.

Mostly twin rooms, same sex is provided.
We have one room available for solo occupancy or for a couple with double bed.
The bathroms are shared, one upstairs, with shower, toilet, bath, and exactly the same downstairs. no en-suite bathrooms.

We welcome all levels however if you are completely new to yoga we recommend you join classses before coming on retreat. The session are dynamic vinyasa flow and our teachers can support you wherever you are in your yoga journey.
We wold say our retreats are best suited to having some yoga experience and intermediate levels.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Terms of service
Your Yoga Retreats Ltd lists what is included on each trip. Airfare, tips, transfers, travel insurance, alcohol is not included.
2. Reservation
To reserve your place on one our retreats please complete the booking form with payment specific to your trip.
3. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or a debit/credit card. For retreats where a deposit has been paid, final balances are due 120 days before the departure date of the trip. If final payments are not received by 60 days prior to departure, Your Yoga Retreats Ltd reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space. If you do not think you can pay in time please contact us via email.
4. Cancellation policy
4.1 Covid-19. Your attention is drawn to this term updated 21.09.20
Where you choose to book a holiday with us you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to Covid-19.
In these circumstances you must obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel on the original date booked.
4.2 Guest Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Your Yoga Retreats Ltd in writing. Once we’ve received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 120 days prior to your departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place less than 120 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Your Yoga Retreats Ltd by you, will be recovered from you by Your Yoga Retreats Ltd as a debt due and payable.
5. Changes/Trip Cancellations/Refund Policy
5.1 Your Yoga Retreats Ltd reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Your Yoga Retreats Ltd we will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds.
Your Yoga Retreats Ltd is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses.
Your Yoga Retreats Ltd reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event due to travel retsrictions due to Covid 19 or in rare instances such as low guest numbers, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Your Yoga Retreats Ltd.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
INSURANCE & DOCUMENTS
6. Travel Insurance
Your Yoga Retreats Ltd requires each trip member to purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. You must purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage and Covid-19 insurance.
7. Travel Documents and Immunisations
It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided per trip on booking or you can contact us for more detailed information regarding your trip requirements. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunisations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & WAIVER
8. Release and Waiver of Liability
DECLARATION OF HEALTH. By accepting this Tour Participant Agreement I (the trip participant) represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the yoga activity or other physical or cultural activities offered on Your Yoga Retreats Ltd trips. I fully understand that my participation in the yoga or other activities could be injurious to my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.
PERSONAL RELEASE. By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the Your Yoga Retreats Ltd website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a Your Yoga Retreats Ltd trip, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable acts of God, including the risk of death. I release Your Yoga Retreats Ltd including its owners, directors, employees, guides, yoga teachers and partners from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this trip.
For the benefit of everyone on your trip, Your Yoga Retreats Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the trip. Your Yoga Retreats Ltd will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant, which is not included on the trip itinerary
